This small bathroom cabinet was built using paintgrade Alder material and had to be very carefully planned in coordination with the general contractor and tile specialists because the tile actually encases the cabinet. The cabinet was then finished in white lacquer on-site. The doors are done in shaker style, matching the door style throughout the home.

This cabinetry was built using green plywood for the interior boxes and low VOC lacquer finish in a flush inset framed style. This style of cabinetry is one of the most difficult and requires the greatest amount of skill to have an even reveal around each door and to make sure every line of frame is precisely sanded.

This photo shows how each shelf was constructed using green plywood and a solid edge with a bull-nose shape routed in to create the solid shelf effect. Another unusual touch is that the cabinetry is actually lacquered inside, which is typically avoided due to an immense amount of labor and cost required.

Built using plywood for the interior boxes and solid Cherry material for the doors and false drawer fronts, stained and lacquered to this eye catching color.

We have built hundreds of custom vanity cabinets and each one is completely unique from the rest.  There is a lot of variety in materials and designs we can employ and often our customers come to us with pictures of what they like with a list of adjustments they would like to make.  In other cases we start from scratch and create different designs to help the customer visualize different options.  Regardless of the approach, we can build just about anything you can think of!
